About a month ago I received a reader's request to share my workout routine and eating lifestyle. I posted a healthy alternative for burgers but hadn't really gotten into the groove of working out...until now! Because of my schedule I don't always have the time to go out to work out but thanks to Pinterest I have found several at home workout routines for women. This week I'm focusing on my legs and core. Join in on the fitness fun with me and complete the exercises in the chart below at least 3 times this week. It's quick but super effective. Trust me, you will be sore the next day. I'm also incorporating a couple jogging days for cardio.
