Peplum Skirt Challenge

The other day my friend asked me to put an outfit together for a peplum skirt she had just purchased at Forever 21.  Since I'm currently obsessing  anything peplum and putting outfits together is what I do, I gladly accepted the challenge!  The skirt is cute, fun, and only $18!!  Peplum skirts are great and usually very flattering.  (Secret Tip: Ladies if you're lacking curves in your lower region a peplum skirt will help to create an illusion of curves, thus giving you an illusion of an hour glass figure.  You can thank me later :)) Below are the 2 outfits that I created for my friend.  She likes outfit #1 the best.
